General Return & Exchange Process

 

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange


To start a return or exchange, please email us at contact@maisonorson.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will assist you with instructions and provide the return address.

 

Step 2: Ship the Product Back

 

Once approved, return your item within 7 days. Please use a tracked shipping method and include the original packaging and tags.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.


Step 3: Refund or Exchange

 

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send your exchange item.

 


 

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

 

To maintain hygiene and quality, the following items are non-returnable:

 

  • Worn or used items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Sale/clearance items

 

 


 

Return Conditions

 

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Contact us before sending any item back. Do not return it to the sender address on the parcel.

 


 

Refund Timeline

 

We will notify you via email when we receive your return. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
